If it is mechanical, it means that the gap between the rocker arm hole and the column is large, so just lock it hard. If it is locked, there will be no gap on the rocker arm, so you can only cut it with a chisel, and then add some copper skin between the rocker arm and the column, or re-equip a rocker arm.

The plate screw on the leaf spring was checked, and there was no fracture failure, and the reason could not be found. Loosen the six hexagon socket head screws on the leaf spring evenly.

Maintenance of radial drilling machine;

1: Check the oil quality, keep it intact and the oil quantity meets the requirements.

2. Remove the burr of the spindle taper hole.

3. Clean the hydraulic transmission system and oil filter screen, and adjust the oil pressure.

4. Remove impurities from the spindle, refuel the spindle, and ensure the spindle lubrication.
