Receiving instructions
1. "Seaport District consumption vouchers" are universal consumption vouchers, including five categories: automobile consumption vouchers, home appliance consumption vouchers, supermarket consumption vouchers, food and beverage consumption vouchers and tourism consumption vouchers.
2. During the campaign period, each person can receive each type of consumption coupon in the Harbor District area of the CCB Life APP platform only once per campaign batch, and cannot repeatedly receive the same type of consumption coupon.
Placement
The first investment of government funds for 50% of the total number of vouchers, overdue vouchers automatically rolled into the second batch of the pool; the second batch of 50% of the total number of vouchers, overdue vouchers automatically rolled into the third batch of the pool; the third batch of the pool of the remainder of the vouchers. Participating enterprises can also place their own discount coupons in the pool.
Consumer coupons for automobiles. There are 100 vouchers of 3,000, 4,000 and 5,000 yuan each. A single invoice amount of 50,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan to use 3,000 yuan coupons, 100,000 yuan to 200,000 yuan to use 4,000 yuan coupons, more than 200,000 yuan to use 5,000 yuan coupons.
Home appliance coupons. Set up 400 coupons for $100, 400 coupons for $300 and 610 coupons for $500.
Superstore consumer coupons. Setting up 2,500 20 yuan coupons, 3,000 50 yuan coupons and 3,000 100 yuan coupons.
Dining consumption coupons. Set up 1510 20 yuan coupons, 1800 50 yuan coupons and 1800 100 yuan coupons.
Travel consumption coupons. Set 12 yuan _ 400, 24 yuan _ 500, 36 yuan _ 500.
Time to Grab
The campaign is divided into three batches, starting at 10:00 a.m. on July 1, July 6, and July 11, respectively, on the platform of "CCB Life" APP.
How to use
1. The vouchers cannot be used in separate orders, and each purchase is limited to one voucher, and the vouchers received can only be used in person at the store. Consumer coupons can be stacked on top of merchant offers, and are valid for 5 days from the date of receipt. Expired coupons will automatically return to the coupon pool and roll over to the next batch. By the end of the activity unused consumption coupon funds by the district government and the bank in accordance with the proportion of capital recovery.
2. Same User Rule. Consumers using the same cell phone device, the same registered cell phone number, the same bank card reserved cell phone number, the same bank entity card number, the same ID card number, the same APP account and any other conditions are considered the same user, violation of the same user rules will be rejected offers.
3. Rules for exclusive use within the district. The Harbor District vouchers can only be used at participating businesses within the Harbor District.
Related Requirements
1. Participating enterprises shall sign a letter of commitment, stamped with an official seal, and posted in stores to accept social supervision. During the event, the participating merchants, business premises strictly abide by the city's standing epidemic prevention and control requirements. "Seaport District consumption vouchers" is prohibited from direct exchange for cash, write-offs do not make change or alternative cash to make change, and prohibit the reverse purchase and sale.
2. Firmly crack down on cheating, false transactions and other violations to maintain market integrity. During the event, companies with malicious price increases and other violations will be included in the list of dishonest companies and disqualified from participation.
3. The corresponding consumer voucher subsidy funds are returned in accordance with the original payment channel when the goods are returned.
