3. Assign special personnel to be responsible for the disposal, establish a complete disposal ledger, record it in detail and indicate the handling method.

4. The person in charge of the enterprise should monitor the disposal management of kitchen waste in the unit in real time and be responsible for the disposal behavior.

5. Conscientiously implement the main responsibility of food safety, and actively accept the supervision of the food and drug supervision and administration department.

However, the marketing of edible agricultural products, the formulation of relevant quality and safety standards, the publication of relevant safety information and the provisions of this law on agricultural inputs shall abide by the provisions of this law.
