Notice on the prohibition of setting off fireworks and firecrackers

According to "People's Republic of China (PRC) Environmental Protection Law", "Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers", "Regulations on the Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Tai 'an City" and other laws, regulations and relevant provisions, the regional scope and relevant provisions of the county's fireworks and firecrackers are hereby notified as follows:

1. Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the following areas of this county:

County urban area and county industrial park (east of G35 Jiguang Expressway, west of 105 National Road, north of industrial park, south of Malong Road, and Dongping urban built-up area and industrial park north of Daqing River).

Two, the following places outside the above areas are prohibited from setting off fireworks:

(a) the office space of organs and institutions;

(2) cultural relics protection units;

(3) Traffic hubs such as stations and docks, and safety protection zones of expressway, tunnels, overpasses, underground passages and railway lines;

(4) Places where fireworks and firecrackers are produced, managed and stored;

(five) gas stations, liquefied gas supply stations (points), oil depots, important materials warehouses, chemical and other inflammable and explosive goods production, management and storage units (places) and oil (gas) pipeline safety protection zones;

(6) Safety protection zones for power transmission and transformation facilities such as substations and high-voltage lines;

(seven) medical institutions, kindergartens, schools, pension institutions, welfare homes, etc. ;

(eight) scenic spots, forests, green spaces, parks and wetlands;

(9) Banks, parking lots (garages), shopping malls, cinemas (theaters), bazaars, public places of entertainment, public cultural facilities (places), places for religious activities and other crowded public places;

(ten) the public corridors, stairs, roofs, sun (cool) platforms of buildings and the construction sites of buildings under construction;

(eleven) other places designated and announced by the county government.

Township People's governments (street offices) may, according to the needs, designate other areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited, and announce them to the public.

The places, business management units or property rights units listed in the preceding paragraph shall set warning signs prohibiting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers, and do a good job in safety tips and prevention.

Three, the following time, no unit or individual within the administrative area of this county shall set off fireworks, firecrackers and other large-scale fireworks display activities:

(a) the early warning period of heavy pollution weather above yellow;

(2) during the senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination;

(three) other no-burning time issued by the county government according to law.

Four, no fireworks area, no sales (storage) of fireworks.

Five, in case of major public events, it is really necessary to hold large-scale fireworks display activities such as fireworks evening. Determined by the county government, the organizer shall apply to the public security department according to law, and if approved, the county government shall issue an announcement.

Six, in the area where fireworks are prohibited, fireworks are set off during the no-burning period, and the public security department shall order it to make corrections and punish it according to the relevant provisions. If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law; Sales of fireworks and firecrackers in areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited shall be handled by the emergency management department according to law.

This notice shall come into force on June 65438+ 10/day, 2023.
