A blank sheet of paper will first appear in every designer's mind. Designers will integrate the captured inspiration, culture and ideas into creativity, and draw geometric sketches by hand or painting. Then carry out detailed processing and draw technical drawings.
Second, three-dimensional modeling.
3D designers need exquisite skills and creative methods to receive technical drawings provided by sketch designers and use special computer programs to build 3D models of ornaments. In order to fully reproduce the sketch designer's ideas, the 3D designer of Hanma Guandi had a lot of communication with the sketch designer in the process of computer simulation.
Third, the prototype
Computer files made by 3D designers are sent to the prototype together with the jewelry model. The prototype of the decoration is printed with polymer or wax on a special 3D printer, and the sample maker refines the model built on the equipment to make a wax plate for the next casting.
Fourth, model making.
No matter what kind of metal the sketch designer intends to use to make jewelry, for mass-produced jewelry, the wax plate should first be made into silver plate and steel plate. Some prototype decorations are fixed on wax trees and cast from metal. After intensive training by sample makers, these prototypes have become benchmark models, that is, prototypes for producing large jewelry in the future.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) mold manufacturing
Master craftsmen make molds with reference models. The masters put the prototype of jewelry into special plastic, shaped it and sent it to the furnace. In the furnace, a substance shaped like plasticine solidifies into rubber at high temperature. Then carefully cut the mold and take out the reference silica gel model.
Sixth, casting
Put the wax tree into a stainless steel cylinder, then slowly inject gypsum into the stainless steel cylinder along the stainless steel wall, and let it stand for 6- 12 hours to solidify the gypsum. Gypsum mold is baked, dewaxed and dried, and then metal solution is poured into it for filling. After casting, gypsum is in a high temperature state. Take it out of the casting machine and let it stand naturally 10-30 minutes. Then fry the golden tree out and remove the remaining gypsum until the metal surface is clean.
Seven, death.
The newly cast golden tree is bleak. Polishing can make the metal surface have a certain smoothness, and can also accurately polish the size. At the same time, the craftsman cut off the bottom of the water injection port of the golden tree and "cut off" the excess metal with a grinder.
Eight, tumbling and polishing
The ornaments are put into a drum filled with special polishing agent and active organic synthetic liquid, and the surface is smooth and bright with the rotation of the drum. Drum usually includes two stages: wet grinding and dry grinding. Professionals are responsible for product loading and unloading and time control: it is very important to calibrate the working parameters of the equipment correctly, so as to ensure that the metal is not damaged.
Nine. assemble
Complex jewelry composed of different parts will be sent to the assembly department. For example, the staff will connect the decorative parts of earrings with locks, fix small rings on pendants, assemble complex bracelets ... and many other processes. The quality inspector must check whether the assembly is firm.
Mosaic
This is one of the biggest and most important stages in the production process. Experienced masters carefully put zircon, diamonds and other inlays in special places and fix them with a microscope. The initiation of Hanma at this stage is fixed by professional masters with many years of work experience.
XI。 electroplating
Jewelry is coated with precious metals-gold and platinum. Put the product into electroplating bath, and evenly plate a layer of precious metal on the surface of jewelry through chemical reaction. According to the needs of customers, precious metals with different colors and thicknesses can be plated.
Twelve, the factory inspection and packaging
The last link, which is also the last link in the three inspections, will be carefully inspected by the factory inspection department independent of the QC department. Only those products that strictly meet the company's internal standards can obtain factory permission. There are two kinds of packaging, one is OPP packaging, and the other is gift box packaging.
