(2) Qualification examination
The personnel department and the education department will conduct a preliminary qualification examination of the candidates according to the open recruitment conditions and job requirements, determine the list of candidates who will take the written test, and publish the list on the campus network of our school before April 7, so please pay attention.
Candidates who take part in the written recruitment examination should, in principle, bring their personal ID cards or household registration books, undergraduate and postgraduate academic degree certificates (referring to previous students and fresh students with employment recommendation forms), academic transcripts, award-winning certificates, ID cards, student ID cards (fresh graduates), student cadre certificates or work certificates of full-time and part-time counselors, party member certificates and other related materials to the student affairs office of our school for verification.
The content of the materials submitted by candidates must be true, and the qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Anyone who practices fraud will be disqualified once verified.
(3) Examination
1. written test
The written test is conducted in a closed book mode, with a total score of 100.
The contents of the written test are mainly current affairs politics, theories related to college counselors' work and students' work practice.
interview
The interview takes the form of personal self-report, answering questions and asking questions from the judges, and mainly examines the comprehensive qualities of the candidate, such as language expression ability, comprehensive analysis ability, adaptability, talent and specialty, appearance and manners, and politeness.
After the interview, the school will conduct a psychological test on the candidates (not as a result calculation, but as a reference only).
Step 3 announce results
After the written test, the qualified candidates for the interview will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 from high score to low score. If the number of applicants for written examination of job categories does not reach the ratio of 1:3, the number of interviewees shall be determined according to the actual number of finalists.
The list of qualified candidates for interview will be published on the campus network of our school before 12:00 the day after the end of the written test, and the rest of the candidates can check their written test results at the personnel office at the specified time; The results of all interviewers will be published on our campus network before 1 2: 00 on the first working day after the interview.
(4) Evaluation
According to the interview results, the examinees are determined according to the ratio of 1:2 from high score to low score, and publicized on the campus network of our school.
Mainly through trial post, interview, investigation and other means to investigate the political and ideological performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance and other conditions of the assessment object, and to review the application qualifications.

The person to be hired must go to a domestic 3A hospital for medical examination, and the medical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the civil service medical examination standard, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by himself.
The personnel department publicizes the candidates who have passed the physical examination on the campus network of our school, and those who have no objection after publicity will go through the relevant procedures according to the employment procedures.
If there are vacancies among the candidates who give up their jobs or fail to pass the medical examination, they will be replenished according to the comprehensive scores from high to low.
