The first phase of Suchu Modern Industrial Park is managed by Dawang Street in Nanqiao District with an area of 18.3 square kilometers. The trust scope starts from Huizhou Road in the west, the Machuyang Expressway planning line in the east, 114 National Road in the north and Qingliu River in the south, involving 7844 people from 33 villager groups in 2 villages and 1 communities in Dawang Street. The management committee of Suchu Industrial Park and the leaders of Nanqiao District reached an agreement through full consultation: Nanqiao District handed over the whole system of Dawang Sub-district Office to the management committee of Suchu Modern Industrial Park on October 11, 2112, and the social affairs involved in Dawang Street were entrusted to Nanqiao District by Suchu Modern Industrial Park. On the morning of October 11, Nanqiao District and Suchu Modern Industrial Park held a handover convergence meeting in Dawang Sub-district Office. The memorandum was consulted four times, given four feedbacks and revised four times in six days, so that most issues were agreed. In the process of coordination, leaders of Suchu Modern Industrial Park and Nanqiao District emphasized politics, the overall situation, development and mutual consultation, which ensured the smooth progress of the trusteeship work. The leaders of Dawang Street also actively cooperated, obeyed the overall situation, and conscientiously did a good job at the grassroots level to ensure a smooth transition of custody work.
