questionnaire filling and collection
1. Basic information of the village:
The village is located in Yanmenguan Tourist Road, about 7 kilometers away from the county seat, which is relatively remote and has no bus traffic. The land area of the village is * * * five villagers' groups, with 191 households, a total population of 684, a real population of 481, and a population of 16 in party member. The arable land area is mu, of which the corn area is mu. In 2117, the corn output reached 3,111 tons. The total economic income of the village reached 11,111 yuan, and the per capita net income reached 11,111 yuan. The hardening of village-level roads has accumulated to kilometers, basically realizing the combination of roads. The village has a vast area, with plains and hillsides, and great potential for development. The forest land covers an area of more than mu, and the conditions for raising pigs, sheep and cattle are unique. In 2115, pigs were slaughtered.
II. Construction of New Countryside
The so-called "new countryside" includes several aspects, namely, new houses, new facilities, new environment, new farmers and new fashions. These five are indispensable, and * * * together constitute the category of socialist "new countryside".
(1) Achievements in building a new countryside
1. There have been new changes in the appearance of villages. Through environmental improvement, the hardening of roads, the greening of villages, the lighting of street lamps and the demolition of broken walls, the phenomenon of "dirty, chaotic and poor" in rural areas has basically changed.
2. People's awareness of environmental protection has been improved. Through the purification, greening and lighting projects, the masses have not only changed their awareness of courtyard hygiene, but also paid attention to public hygiene, established a new awareness of hygiene and beautiful environment, and formed a good atmosphere of "everyone stresses civilization, everyone loves cleanliness and every household stresses hygiene".
3. The spirit of unity and cooperation has made a new breakthrough. In the process of building a new countryside, the broad masses of cadres and people in party member have made concerted efforts, started work together and done a lot of work. Collective investment and mass fund-raising are closely combined, and the whole village is twisted into a rope, and the spirit of unity and cooperation is further exerted.
4. The appeal, fighting capacity and cohesion of the village team have changed. In the new rural construction work, through the implementation of various programs, the combat effectiveness of party member cadres has been further reflected; In the construction of practical projects, the appeal and cohesion of party member cadres among the masses have been further improved. Cadres' sense of responsibility and dedication to work have been enhanced, and the role of village team as a fighting fortress and the style of party member cadres have been significantly changed.
(2) Problems in the construction of new countryside
1. The villages and towns are short of funds, so how to create greater achievements with limited funds is a difficult problem;
2. The awareness of some people is still not in place, and the awareness of environmental protection needs to be strengthened;
3. The quality of farmers' labor force is low, and they are not familiar with new technologies, which hinders their ability to learn and use new technologies. At the same time, farmers' thoughts are still conservative, and the traditional small-scale farmers' consciousness is widespread, and they have the psychology of "being small and rich", which is not very enthusiastic about further developing agricultural industry.
4. The processing of agricultural products is still in the primitive stage, and there is little finishing of agricultural products, which is a serious obstacle to the scientific and technological content and external competitiveness of agricultural products.
5. In the survey, 85% of the villagers don't understand the state-owned policy of building a new socialist countryside.
III. Income and consumption of villagers
According to the village secretary and some villagers' inquiries, the main income of 61% villagers in this village is to grow corn and other household products. 38% of the villagers go to work in nearby factories during the slack season. The main consumption of villagers is students, and most of the income of villagers aged 35 to 55 is used to pay for the expenses of students. Some families can't make enough money a year.
Fourth, the villagers' cultural entertainment
There are no special entertainment places in the village, and there are no places for leisure. The villagers basically have no entertainment activities.
Through this survey, the following are some suggestions for the construction of new countryside
1. Do a good job in the construction of village-level cadres. Implement the talent pool project of village-level reserve cadres, broaden the channels and scope of selecting and employing people, and select village-level cadres on a large scale and in a wide range; Improve management methods, implement the target responsibility system for cadres, strictly assess management, link work performance with cadres' treatment, assess once every six months, and cash rewards and punishments at the end of the year.
2. Strengthen the education of cadres in party member. The first is to establish a regular training system for cadres. Train village-level party member cadres in stages and batches once a year; Second, encourage party member cadres to actively participate in the study of Party School and Agricultural University, and constantly improve the quality of party member cadres; The third is to establish a self-study system and a theoretical study assessment system for cadres in party member, and take the assessment results as an important basis for selecting and appointing village-level cadres to help rural party member cadres establish the concept of lifelong learning; Fourth, educate party member cadres to become dual-strong party member cadres with strong ability to get rich and help the rich, improve the civilized quality of party member cadres and become the leaders in building a new socialist countryside.
3. accelerate the transfer of rural surplus labor. Support and encourage farmers to start their own businesses, set up township enterprises and provide employment opportunities for farmers. In accordance with the requirements of "transferring farmers and enriching farmers", we should strengthen the training of farmers, improve the construction of information websites, support the combination of local entrepreneurship and migrant workers, and cultivate a group of capable people to drive farmers to transfer.
4. Strengthen investment in rural science, technology, culture, education and other policies to improve the overall quality of farmers. Increase the investment in rural education, invest in farmers in various ways to enable them to master new technologies, understand new information, and increase their ability to get rich. At the same time, we should also strengthen the construction of rural legal system so that they can understand the law, know the law, abide by the law and use it.
5. Increase recreational facilities in rural areas and provide leisure places for farmers.
6. provide more small loans to farmers, support them to develop agricultural and sideline industries, and provide them with technical guidance to solve their economic and technical worries about starting a business.
7. As college student village cadres, we should increase our understanding of the new rural policy and the "three rural issues". The government and the support given to our college student village officials should take effective measures to give full play to their advantages and make contributions to the overall construction of a new socialist countryside for rural cadres.
Report on Rural Investigation
Publication date: May-April, 2118
My hometown, Benxi Manchu Autonomous County, is a beautiful mountain city with the reputation of "the hometown of maple leaves". It is located in the mountainous area of central Liaoning, with eight mountains, one water and one field, and the per capita cultivated land is 1.8 mu.
On the morning of 17th, in order to finish the teacher's homework, I took a bus with my second uncle to Sanguange Village. It was very comfortable and there were no bumps along the way. The dirt roads in the past all turned into asphalt roads. I think this is a very important performance of rural reform.
When I arrived at Sanguange Village, I found my interviewee, aunt Lv Shufan, the village accountant. During the interview, I learned that Aunt Lu's family has four rooms, four people and two acres of land. Aunt Lu and her uncle both have jobs. Aunt Lu is an accountant in the village and her uncle works in the town. There are two children at home, one of whom has graduated from college and worked as a teacher in a primary school in the town, and can basically balance his income and expenses. While the other is still studying in Anshan.
Expenditure
1. Tuition for children's schooling: 12,111 yuan/year (including living expenses)
2. Seed: 81 yuan/year, chemical fertilizer, 211 yuan/year, cultivated land wage, 211 yuan/year, pesticide, 51 yuan/year (total agricultural investment: 531 yuan/year)
3. Living expenses: vegetables are grown at home, so there is basically no expense. Grain 511 yuan/annual condiment 81 yuan/annual cigarette 481 yuan/annual electricity bill 1111 yuan/annual telephone bill 1111 yuan/annual clothes 1111 yuan/year (total living expenses: 4161 yuan/year)
4. Medical expenses and gift expenses: medical expenses in 611 yuan/year are too high in this village, and it actually costs 1111 yuan a year. I found that the gift expenses in rural areas are actually higher than those in towns. Aunt Lu explained that it was because everyone in the village knew each other, and the village had to treat people for big events and small feelings, so the gift fee was much extra. The gift fee has caused a great burden to farmers.
The total household expenditure is: 27,191/year
Income
Agricultural income is: 811 yuan/year
Non-agricultural income is: 31,111 yuan/year
Total income is: 31,811 yuan/year
Aunt Lu's income and expenditure in 2117 is: 31,811-2117.
But it is rare in rural areas that both husband and wife have jobs like Aunt Lu's. According to Aunt Lu, there used to be a cement factory in the village, and many villagers worked there, earning five or six hundred yuan a month. But this year, the cement factory has not been opened and may not be opened, so many villagers in the village will lose their jobs, and women will have to stay at home and idle, while men will go out to work. The reason is that there are too few rural enterprises, and the state should encourage entrepreneurs with investment ability to make more contributions to the countryside; We should vigorously develop township enterprises or encourage local governments to develop local economy with local characteristics, so as to benefit local people and enable farmers to support themselves.
The national policies are clearly reflected in this village. In the past, the village was so poor that the village cadres could not pay their salaries, let alone do something for the common people. Nowadays, the annual income in the village can reach 245,111 yuan, with infrastructure such as running water and closed-circuit television. The annual per capita income of ordinary people has more than doubled from less than 1,511 yuan to 3,811 yuan, and farmers have all lived in spacious and bright big tile houses, bidding farewell to the era of dangerous houses with straw houses. The town civil affairs bureau also built houses for the poor households in the village, and the village solved the problem of land. All the villagers participated in medical insurance and their health was guaranteed.
There are very few people who have jobs in the village, and only one third of them take transportation and catering as sideline businesses. Most people are still hanging around at home. I asked Aunt Lu if the parents in the village wanted their children to study or go out to work to earn money. Aunt Lu said that there were many parents who wanted their children to go out to work to earn money. Rural parents don't ask their children to have too much knowledge, as long as they can earn money back. And few people can afford to send their children to school. It is very hard to provide for a college student in the countryside. If you want to provide for a child to attend high school or even college, your family will owe a lot of debts. Writing this, I suddenly remembered a sentence: the new countryside needs new farmers! If we want to completely change the backward situation in rural areas, we must change the backward ideas of farmers; Improve farmers' own quality, make them realize the importance of knowledge, and realize that knowledge changes their destiny.
after interviewing aunt Lu, I also wanted to interview the poor people in the village, but aunt Lu said that people could not be interviewed, so I gave up my idea. I think the self-esteem of rural people should be stronger. After all, they are a vulnerable group. At present, the gap between the rich and the poor in urban and rural areas is still very large. It is normal for us to buy five or six hundred clothes in the city, but it is simply unimaginable in the countryside. Their consumption level is also very low. We have to pay 211 yuan for a perm in the city, but no one has to pay 21 yuan in the countryside. The meals in rural schools are also very cheap, only two yuan for a meal. But even if it is so cheap, few children eat at school. They would rather walk a long way home to eat than spend that two yuan. And what is two yuan in the eyes of children in the city? In the city, 55-year-old people will retire at home and enjoy their old age, while in the countryside, 61-and 71-year-old people will have to work in the fields to make a living.
In fact, there are many ways to make yourself rich in the countryside. If the environment in which it is located is good, it can greatly develop the tourism economy. Nowadays, many city people yearn for nature, and farmers can use tourism resources to decorate their homes into hotels with rural characteristics, so that city people can fully feel the characteristics of farmers; If there is no good scenery around, farmers can develop township enterprises according to local characteristics. For example, my hometown Benxi Manchu Autonomous County is rich in hazelnuts and mushrooms, which are native products of our hometown, so farmers can produce them on a large scale and make their products go out. They should have seen the business opportunity, but I didn't find them taking advantage of it. I think this has a lot to do with personal consciousness and the quality of farmers.
A very popular TV series now is the second part of Country Love, which focuses on two young people, Wang Xiaomeng and Xie Yongqiang. And both of them have a * * * in common, that is, they are the elites who start businesses in the village. Xie Yongqiang is a college student. However, after graduation, he did not stay in the city to work, but went back to the village to start an orchard. However, Wang Xiaomeng made his own tofu factory a profitable enterprise in the village. In this way, while being rich, it also solves the work problems of many villagers. I think the reason why Country Love got such high ratings is not only because it has a strong sense of humor, but also because it is close to the lives of ordinary people!
Nowadays, many college students find it difficult to find jobs after graduation. In this case, why not go to the countryside to develop township enterprises? I think this should rely on national macro-control! At present, the ideological education of college students should be strengthened in college courses. In the past, farmers' sons went to college to go out from the countryside, but now in order to change the living conditions in the countryside, we should encourage college students to go into the countryside. I think if we want to change the poverty in rural areas, the most important thing is to vigorously develop township enterprises, so as to truly narrow the gap between the rich and the poor in urban and rural areas.
Feelings
Due to the increased efforts of the state to publicize the new countryside in the past two years, we always think that the lives of farmers are all rich. In fact, there are still many places for farmers to pay attention to and care about. Many people encourage farmers to start businesses in cities, but I don't approve of it. The population pressure in the city is already great enough. If more rural people flood into the city, it will only bring more population pressure to the city. Moreover, most migrant workers will leave their children at home, which will lead to a large number of "left-behind children". It is an unchangeable truth that a young man is strong, so we should pay more attention to children.
In fact, I really like the rural environment. The air is fresh. At night, I look up and see the stars all over the sky. I feel that they are very close to me, and they are all so bright that they blink at me. Even if there are more troubles during the day, I can let them go! I think rural people have more simplicity, because their living environment is so simple. I hate the sense of distance and strangeness between people in big cities and their hurried steps. In my mind, the countryside can actually be a paradise, which lies in how we use it. Through this interview, I realized the current situation in rural areas, the problems existing in rural areas and the potential deep-seated contradictions.
I think what contemporary college students need is an understanding of society and a sense of mission that we should have. Society and the country need us! Especially as students of our journalism school, the first thing we should have is
