2. Article 14 is amended as: "Temporary residents who meet the relevant household registration requirements stipulated in the household registration system reform policy of Jinan can apply for the Jinan Household Registration."

3. Article 18 is amended as "Units and individuals who intend to rent houses to temporary residents shall file with the local police station with the lease contract. The public security police station shall sign a letter of responsibility for public security with those who meet the following conditions within 11 days from the date of receiving the record:

(1) The rented house meets the fire safety and public security management regulations;

(2) The owner has not been sentenced or given administrative punishment for using the rented house for illegal and criminal activities within two years. "
