National skill competition reward policy

Gold, silver, bronze and winning prizes.

For the top 3 players in each competition, gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded accordingly, and the players will not be tied in principle. The winner will be awarded to the player who is not in the top 3 but ranks above 1/2, and other players will be awarded certificates. Set up a gold medal, medal and group total score ranking list, and teams from industry departments will not participate in the ranking.

(two) national technical experts and professional qualifications or professional skill level.

The top five winners in each competition (the top three in team doubles and the top two in three competitions) were awarded the title of "National Technical Expert". Winners can be directly promoted to technicians (secondary vocational qualification or vocational skill level, with technicians (secondary vocational qualification or vocational skill level can be promoted to senior technicians (level 1)).

China Training Team of 46th World Skills Competition.

Among the selected events in the World Championships, 10 in individual events and 5 in team events were shortlisted for the China Training Team of the 46th World Skills Competition. In the 45th World Skills Competition, school-age candidates and training teams finally ranked 3-5 (third in team events). School-age players can be directly selected for the 46th World Skills Competition in China. If you choose to participate in the World Skills Competition (accounting for the number of participants in each team), the competition results will be used as the basis for being selected for the 46th World Skills Competition in China.

(4) Other awards.

Encourage all localities to combine vocational skills improvement actions and skilled talents recognition, incorporate pre-competition training of provincial and municipal contestants into the scope of training subsidies, formulate local incentive policies, and reward winners and expert teams.
