2. Longhua Jilin Thermal Power Plant (Longtan Power Plant)
There are two 125MW and two 221MW coal-fired thermal power units in this plant, which were completed and put into operation in October 2113, February 2113, February 2198 and May 2198 respectively. After verification, in 2114, the power generation of the plant was 3.31 billion kWh, the heat supply was 11.214 million Ji Jiao, and the coal consumption was 2.862 million tons. 3. Jilin Longhua Baicheng Thermal Power Plant
There are two 211MW coal-fired thermal power units in this plant, both of which were completed and put into operation in March 2112. After verification, in 2114, the power generation of the plant was 1.43 billion kWh, the heat supply was 851,111 Ji Jiao, and the coal consumption was 1.143 million tons. No denitration facilities were built for both units, and nitrogen oxides were discharged beyond the standard for a long time.
4. Longhua Yanji Thermal Power Co., Ltd.
The company has two 211MW coal-fired thermal power units, both of which were completed and put into operation in February 2111. After verification, in 2114, the company generated 1.85 billion kWh of electricity, supplied 5.189 million Ji Jiao of heat, and consumed 1.358 million tons of coal. No denitration facilities were built for both units, and nitrogen oxides were discharged beyond the standard for a long time.
5. Bei' an Thermal Power Co., Ltd.
The company has two 51MW coal-fired generator sets, both of which were completed and put into operation in February, 1997. After verification, in 2114, the company generated 581 million kWh of electricity, supplied 3.76 million Ji Jiao of heat, consumed 553,111 tons of coal, and the average sulfur content of coal was 1.23%. There were no desulfurization facilities for both units, and sulfur dioxide exceeded the standard for a long time.
6. Shenyang Thermal Power Plant
There are two 25MW coal-fired thermal power units in this plant, both of which were completed and put into operation in October of 1982, and the No.4 unit adopts semi-dry desulfurization process. After verification, in 2114, the plant generated 271 million kWh of electricity, supplied 4.226 million Ji Jiao of heat, consumed 355,111 tons of coal, and the average sulfur content of coal was 1%. No.3 unit has not built desulfurization and denitrification facilities, and sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides have been discharged beyond the standard for a long time; The desulfurization facilities of Unit 4 are not working normally, sulfur dioxide is discharged for 1,218 hours beyond the standard, no denitration facilities are built, and nitrogen oxides are discharged beyond the standard for a long time.
7. Jilin Longhua Changchun Thermal Power Plant No.1
There are two 351MW coal-fired thermal power units in this plant, both of which were completed and put into operation in February 2111. SCR denitration process is adopted and denitration electricity price is enjoyed. After verification, in 2114, the enterprise generated 3.19 billion kWh of electricity, supplied 5.169 million Ji Jiao of heat and consumed 2.323 million tons of coal. The denitration facilities were not working normally, and the nitrogen oxides of 1# and 2# units exceeded the standard for 1,863 hours and 2,134 hours respectively.
8. Shuangliao Power Plant
There are four 311MW coal-fired generating units in this plant, which were completed and put into operation in April, 1994, October, 1995, February, 2111 and February, 2111, respectively. The SCR denitration process was adopted, and the denitration electricity price was enjoyed from October, 2114. After verification, in 2114, the enterprise generated 4.39 billion kWh of electricity, supplied 1.112 million Ji Jiao of heat, and consumed 3.254 million tons of coal. The operation rate of denitration facilities was low, and the operation was abnormal. The nitrogen oxides of 1#-4# units exceeded the standard for 2746 hours, 2137 hours, 961 hours and 1611 hours respectively.
9. Kangping Power Generation Co., Ltd.
The company has two 611MW coal-fired generating units, both of which were completed and put into operation in September 2119, using limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process and SCR denitrification process; All enjoy desulfurization electricity price, and all enjoy denitrification electricity price since April 2114. After verification, in 2114, the enterprise generated 4.65 billion kWh of electricity, supplied 1.116 million Ji Jiao of heat, consumed 2.86 million tons of coal, and the average sulfur content of coal was 1.2%. 11. Helong Thermal Power Plant
There are two 12MW circulating fluidized bed units in this plant, both of which were completed and put into operation in October 2112, and dry desulfurization process was adopted. After verification, in 2114, the enterprise generated 48 million kWh of electricity, supplied 1.232 million Ji Jiao of heat, consumed 1.46 million tons of coal, and the average sulfur content of coal was 1.4%. The desulfurization facilities were not operating normally, and the data of the environmental protection central control system were chaotic, and sulfur dioxide was discharged beyond the standard for a long time.

Both belong to Datong Coal Mine Group Co., Ltd. Datong Coal Mine Group Datang Thermal Power Co., Ltd. has four 51MW circulating fluidized bed units, which were completed and put into operation in May-February 2112, using dry desulfurization process and SNCR denitrification process. The desulfurization facilities were not operating normally, and the sulfur dioxide of 1#-4# units exceeded the standard for 352 hours, 881 hours, 127 hours and 443 hours respectively.
Datong Coal Mine Group Tongda Thermal Power Co., Ltd. has two 331MW circulating fluidized bed units, which were completed and put into operation in October 2114 and March 2114 respectively. Semi-dry desulfurization process and SNCR denitrification process were adopted, and desulfurization and denitrification electricity prices were enjoyed from October 2114. After verification, in 2114, the enterprise generated 2.46 billion kWh of electricity, supplied 2.333 million Ji Jiao of heat, consumed 1.722 million tons of coal, and the average sulfur content of coal was 1.65%. The desulfurization facilities were not operating normally, and the sulfur dioxide of 1# and 2# units exceeded the standard for 665 hours and 395 hours respectively.

This company belongs to China Power Investment Corporation, and its three units, Hunjiang Power Generation Co., Ltd., Siping Thermal Power Company and Songhua River Thermal Power Plant, have outstanding problems in exceeding the standard.

2. Siping Thermal Power Company
The company has two 51MW and 1 111MW coal-fired generating units, which were completed and put into operation in October, September, and February, 1998, respectively. The flue gas circulating fluidized bed semi-dry desulfurization process was adopted, and 1#-3# units enjoyed desulfurization electricity prices before October, October, and February, 2114, respectively. 3. Songhua River Thermal Power Plant
The plant has two sets of 125MW and zero sets of 311M.
