Generally speaking, the food vendor record card is for food vendors engaged in business activities in the administrative region of the province, a management approach, mainly applicable to the following two cases:

Individual businesses or individuals engaged in the sale of food, their place of business for the mobile or temporary stalls, or their place of business for a fixed store, but the scale of its business is not enough to obtain a food business license.

Individual industrial or commercial households or individuals engaged in food service, whose business premises are mobile or temporary stalls, or whose business premises are fixed stores, but the food service they provide is limited to simple processing, preparation or cooking.

So, if your business belongs to one of the above two situations, and meets the conditions stipulated in the "Yunnan Province Food Vendor Record Management Measures", you can apply for the record to the dispatching agency of the food and drug supervision and management department of the people's government of the county where you are located, and submit the relevant materials.

If your business does not belong to the above two cases, or the scale of your business has reached the requirements for obtaining a food business license, you can not apply for the food vendor record card, but should be in accordance with the "Chinese People's *** and State Food Safety Law" and other laws and regulations, to the relevant departments to apply for the appropriate license or registration certificate.
