You can't. According to the Regulations on Funeral Management, the cemetery is not allowed to be transferred privately. The premise of buying a tomb is to have the user's death certificate, and the registration of the tomb cannot be easily revoked. Article 9 of the Regulations on Funeral Management stipulates that no unit or individual may build funeral facilities without approval, and rural public welfare cemeteries may not provide graves for others other than villagers, and it is forbidden to establish or restore clan cemeteries.
