hardware facilities
the construction standard of Wuhan Tianhe international airport phase I project is 4E, covering an area of 4,277 mu (285 hectares) with a total construction area of 241,111 square meters. The land use right belongs to Wuhan Tianhe international airport co., Ltd.
Wuhan Tianhe International Airport has a runway (runwayNo. 14/22[11]) with a length of 3,411 meters, a width of 45 meters and shoulders of 7.5 meters on both sides. The first phase of the project was built according to the 4E-level standard formulated by ICAO, and the supporting facilities such as runway and taxiway can meet the technical requirements for the take-off and landing of B747-411 aircraft. (The taxiway parallel to the runway is 3,111 meters long. The terminal is designed with an annual throughput of 4.2 million passengers, with 11 seats on the station apron and 16 seats on the apron. It can dock 27 large and medium-sized aircraft at the same time and 6 passenger boarding bridges. The airport is equipped with advanced communication and navigation equipment such as primary and secondary radar, instrument landing system, omni-directional beacon and range finder, and a cargo warehouse with a storage capacity of 33,311 tons is built, and aviation oil replenishment is carried out by pipeline. The second runway of Tianhe Airport will be put into use at the end of 2116.
Terminal
Wuhan Tianhe International Airport has two operational terminals, namely T2 Terminal and International Terminal. T2 Terminal is located on the north side of Airport Avenue, the main airport road, and the international terminal is located on the northwest side of T2 Terminal. The distance between the two terminals is about 151 meters, and there is a free battery car ferry between them.
terminal T1
is the Tianhe airport international terminal (new t1) (completed). In April 2119, China Civil Aviation Airport Construction Group Company completed the design and feasibility study report of the new international building of Tianhe Airport, and planned to invest more than 95 million yuan to build a new international terminal.
In p>2118, the second terminal building (T2) of Tianhe Airport was opened, and most of the old terminals were closed, only the flights of the International Hall were reserved. With the construction of Tianhe Airport Phase III, the main building of Terminal 3 will occupy the position of the existing and old terminal, and the old terminal will be demolished. It is understood that the newly-built international building is located between the apron of No.2 airport and Beisan Road. It is positioned as a transitional international flight before the third terminal is put into use, and its capacity and design data can fully meet the demand of international passenger throughput in the next two years. The first floor of the new international terminal has a construction area of about 5,631 square meters, and is equipped with business, catering, luggage room and parking lot.
The terminal building has a total construction area of 5,311 square meters, and is designed to meet the passenger flow of 1.61 people in typical peak hours. The building height is 14.5 meters, the building seismic intensity is 6 degrees, and the service life is 51 years. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of October, and the industry acceptance will be completed and put into use before the end of February. From construction to commissioning, it only takes half a year. The shape and style of the terminal will be similar to that of the T2 terminal, with a silver-gray main tone and a transparent glass curtain wall. The international terminal will serve as a transitional terminal before T3 is completed and put into use. After T3 is opened, the terminal will be changed into a special plane building.
On February 28th, 2111, the international terminal of Wuhan Tianhe International Airport was officially opened. The terminal building is the only independent international terminal building in the central region, with a single-storey profile design, and the departure and arrival processes are on the same floor. The international and regional passenger and cargo traffic of Tianhe Airport is growing rapidly. It is estimated that the international and regional passenger flow of Tianhe Airport will exceed 351,111 in 2111, an increase of 85% year-on-year.
the international terminal of Wuhan Tianhe international airport started construction in June 2111, was put into use on February 28th, 2111, and was expanded in early 2112. The international terminal is a single-storey structure with a main part and two-storey structures, and the departure and arrival processes are on the same floor. After expansion, the total construction area is 9,429 square meters, and at the same time, roads, parking lots of 18,111 square meters, as well as facilities for power supply, water supply, weak electricity, rainwater and sewage discharge outside the building are built.
T2 Terminal
Overview
The T2 Terminal of Wuhan Tianhe International Airport was completed at the end of 2117 and officially put into use on April 5, 2118, with a total investment of 3.372 billion yuan, which took three years to build. T2 Terminal has a total construction area of 149,811 square meters, and a supporting platform of 251,111 square meters and a warehouse of 21,111 square meters will be built. The construction scale is designed according to the annual passenger throughput of 13 million passengers, aircraft take-off and landing of 122,111 sorties and cargo throughput of 321,111 tons.
the p>T2 terminal adopts a double-fingered corridor structure, which consists of a main building and two fingered corridors arranged in a concave shape. The total length of the main building facade is 315 meters, the depth and width are between 95.3 and 83 meters, and the ground height is 36 meters. The length of the finger gallery is 246 meters and the width is 38 meters. The main building is divided into three floors, and the underground floor is the equipment room, parking lot and office space; There are two floors above the ground, the first floor is the arrival floor, the second floor is the departure floor, and there is an interlayer between the departure floor and the arrival floor, which serves as the passage for passengers to reach and transfer.
T2 Terminal adopts a long-span space in its modeling, with a full-scale curtain wall and multiple continuous inclined columns to create a unique charm. The glass curtain wall adopts advanced toughened hollow laminated glass, which is not only heat insulation, radiation protection, but also explosion and light pollution prevention. Imported lighting boards are selected in the lobby, and the whole ventilation system and skylight can be automatically opened and adjusted, which is very environmentally friendly.
T2 Terminal * * * has 42 ticket sales and replacement counters (China Eastern Airlines ticket sales and replacement counters: 17-19; China Southern Airlines ticket counter: 42-51; Air China ticket counter: 11-12; Shenzhen Airlines ticket counter: 31-31; Airport ticket sales counter: 27-29; Civil aviation Kaiya ticket counter: 38-39), 72 check-in counters, 23 security inspection channels, 21 dual-channel boarding bridges and 14 remote boarding gates can fully meet the operational needs.
