(2) Subsidy conditions

3. The person applying for one-time business start-up subsidy shall be the legal representative of the business start-up unit or the person in charge of individual industrial and commercial households. Entrepreneurial units apply online through Qingdao Employment Network or on-site at any public employment service institution within the administrative area of Qingdao, and upload or submit the original ID card of the applicant.
