Online business license processing process:

1. The applicant registers to log on to the government service platform;

2. Enter the business license processing section, fill in the corresponding information and complete the online application;

3. The commercial registration authority accepts and reviews the applicant's information, and will notify the applicant after the approval;

4. Bring the ID card and the original ID card of the legal representative to the evidence collection window of the Market Supervision Administration to obtain the business license.

Article 14 of the Measures for the Administration of Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households stipulates that to apply for registration of individual industrial and commercial households, the following documents shall be submitted:

(1) An application for registration of individual industrial and commercial households signed by the applicant;

(2) the identity certificate of the applicant;

(3) proof of business premises;

(4) Other documents required by the State Administration of Markets.

According to Article 14 of the Measures for the Administration of Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households:
