Within 3 working days after the contract comes into effect, the tenant shall go through the formalities of paying rent in the finance department of the college, and then go through the formalities of opening water and electricity and related handover in the general affairs department of the college with the receipt of financial charges.

3. The lessee shall handle the industrial and commercial, tax, health and other documents and bear all expenses;

4. The tenant is responsible for the facade decoration, and the external decoration is carried out according to the requirements of the college. Interior decoration can be carried out on the premise of not changing and affecting the overall structure of the house, and construction can only be carried out after the approval of the general affairs office of the college before decoration. When the contract expires or the lessee cancels the contract in advance, the indoor and outdoor decoration belongs to the college.
