1At the beginning of 994, Sun Yiran resigned as the director of the state-owned brewery, and invested with several like-minded partners to establish Hande Brewing Equipment Co., Ltd. (predecessor of Hande Group), which opened a brewery integrating homemade beer and catering. The production technology of homemade beer was introduced from Germany, German brewer Hans. Muller was heavily hired as a wine-making expert. After countless days and nights of hard work, at the beginning of 1995, the first barrel of homemade beer with typical German style was born. In memory of German brewer Hans. Muller, the homemade beer was named "Hans draft beer" and the beer house was named Hans Brewing House.

In 2000, Hande Group decided to increase its investment in the catering chain industry, and in the autumn of 20001,it invested in Harbin Jinhansi Catering Co., Ltd. and established the first beer barbecue restaurant integrating draught beer, South America barbecue and Chinese and Western buffets. In order to reflect Hans' spirit of self-transcendence and enterprising, the restaurant was named "Golden Hans South American Barbecue"
