Application of 5g, Big Data and Intelligent Technology in Large-scale Activities
Japan will introduce new technology represented by artificial intelligence (AI), so that the global audience can not only watch the game with mobile terminal devices, but also know the heartbeat and other information of the contestants in real time. According to Japan's Daily News, the scoring support system developed by Fujitsu in Japan passed the test in July 20 19 and has been widely used. Scoring Support System uses 3D laser sensor and AI technology to analyze the athletes' movements in all directions. By capturing the information reflected by 18 sensing points distributed on athletes' hands, elbows and feet, the system can confirm the movement, position and amplitude of limbs or joints, so as to judge whether the athletes' movements are in compliance. And these 360-degree omni-directional captured information will also be transmitted to the playback device at the first time, reducing the existence of human errors. Robots are also the highlight of the Tokyo Olympics. Toyota Corporation of Japan cooperated with the Tokyo Olympic Organizing Committee to develop the "2020 Robot Project", including a welcome robot, which can make judgments and respond according to the micro-expressions of guests. Guests shake hands with them, and the robot will record the strength of the handshake and share the data with other robots. Next to the seats for the disabled, the Organizing Committee has prepared robots that are good at handling and moving, providing guidance and luggage handling services for the disabled audience. The field support robot FSR can not only reduce the working pressure of the field staff, but also play a role in controlling the number of people, keeping the epidemic prevention distance and reducing contact infection during the Olympic Games.
