1, the administrative licensing matters are applicable to the units that have the application conditions for the qualification license of special equipment manufacturing units within the administrative area of this province (including the first time, renewal, addition, upgrade and change).

2, engaged in the following special equipment manufacturing units can apply:

1) d-class boiler;

2) Class D pressure vessel;

3) Class B pressure piping components;

4) Class B and C cargo elevators, Class C hydraulic elevators, sundries elevators, escalators and moving sidewalks;

5) Class B and below hoisting machinery;

6) Head with diameter less than 1800mm in boiler pressure vessel.
