Aksu jujube is relatively large, with thin skin and tender meat, and delicate taste. This is related to geographical location and climate, so I won't go into details.
Hotan jujube is relatively large, but it is still a little short compared with Aksu jujube for three reasons:
First, the jujube in Hotan was grafted by Aksu;
Second, Hotan's geographical location and climate are not comparable to Aksu's;
Third, Hotan's jujube processing technology is not as good as Aksu's.
