Materials required for changing the catering business license as a legal person:
1. Decisions made by the shareholders' meeting or shareholders of a one-person limited liability company or resolutions of the board of directors according to the articles of association. 2. A copy of the ID card of the new legal person. (If it is a special industry, the qualification certificate of shareholders is required) 3. Application Form for Enterprise Change (Restructuring) Registration (including Application Form for Enterprise Change (Restructuring) Registration, List of Unit Investors (Unit Shareholders and Sponsors) after Change, List of Natural Person Shareholders (Sponsors) after Change, Investors of Sole proprietorship enterprises and Partners of Partnership Enterprises. Please fill in the corresponding contents according to different changes); 4. Letter of Appointment (entrustment); 5. Original and duplicate of the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person; 6. Provide photos (2 photos per inch), identity certificate and resume of the new legal person.

Measures for the Administration of Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households
Article 3 The registration, alteration and cancellation of registration of individual industrial and commercial households shall be handled in accordance with the Regulations on Individual Industrial and Commercial Households and these Measures. When applying for registration of individual industrial and commercial households, the applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of the application materials.
Article 15 To apply for change of registration of individual industrial and commercial households, the following documents shall be submitted:
(1) An application for change of registration of individual industrial and commercial households signed by the applicant;
(2) if applying for the change of business premises, the certificate of new business premises shall be submitted;
(3) Other documents required by the State Administration of Market Supervision.
