Article 29 When carrying out the supervision and sampling inspection tasks assigned by the State Food and Drug Administration, the provincial food and drug supervision department shall submit to the State Food and Drug Administration the summary table of sample registration, the summary table of sampling inspection results, the summary table of unqualified samples, the directory of unqualified sampling units and other materials in accordance with relevant requirements, and prepare the annual summary report of supervision and sampling inspection.

Inspection personnel shall independently complete the task on time, ensure that the inspection data and conclusions issued are objective and fair, and shall not issue false inspection reports.

article 33 units and personnel undertaking supervision and sampling inspection shall strictly abide by the relevant state confidentiality provisions. The results of supervision and sampling inspection shall not be disclosed to any unit or individual without the permission of the management department.

article 34 any unit or individual has the right to report the illegal acts in the food safety supervision and sampling inspection of catering services to the food and drug supervision department, and the department receiving the report shall promptly organize the investigation and handling, and inform the informant of the investigation and handling.

article 35 in case of violation of sampling regulations, the sampling unit shall make corresponding treatment and report it to the food and drug supervision department at a higher level for the record. If the sampling unit knows that there is a violation of discipline and does not deal with it, the food and drug supervision department at a higher level shall instruct it to deal with it and give it to informed criticism.

those who violate the inspection regulations, forge inspection results, or cause losses due to false inspection results shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Food Safety Law and relevant laws and regulations.

article 36 if the local food and drug supervision department fails to report the data results according to the time requirement without justifiable reasons, the food and drug supervision department at a higher level shall order it to make rectification.
