Chapter I: Introduction
Production internship is an important part of university internship, and the school attaches great importance to it. Every year, it grants a large amount of funds to arrange students of various majors to go to various factories.
Of course, our major is no exception. The school arranged for students from our major to participate in production practice from 11 to 12 weeks before the start of school, so more than 211 of us, led by teachers, went to Luoyang to visit and practice, which made us learn a lot.
Through our own visit, we also searched for various books and related materials on the Internet, which consolidated and improved our knowledge and successfully completed this internship report. Therefore, the content of this report consists of four chapters.
Part I: Internship Objectives
The important objective of this internship is to enable students to acquire perceptual knowledge of basic production, integrate theory with practice and expand their knowledge; At the same time, professional practice is an important channel to temper and cultivate students' professional ability and quality, to cultivate contemporary college students' hard-working energy, and also an important way for students to get in touch with society, understand the industrial state and understand the national conditions, gradually realize the transformation from students to society, and cultivate our initial ability to undertake technical work and understand the basic methods and skills of enterprise management. Experience the contents and methods of enterprise work. This practical knowledge is a very necessary foundation for us to study the following courses and even our future work. We should achieve the following points in this internship: 1. Through the off-site production internship, we should go deep into the first line of production for inspection and investigation, acquire necessary perceptual knowledge and make students fully understand the production organization and production process of machinery factory, understand and control the practical production knowledge of this major, consolidate and deepen the theoretical knowledge that has been learned, and lay the foundation for the teaching, curriculum design and graduation design of subsequent professional courses. 2. During the internship, through the analysis of the machining process of sample parts, as well as the process equipment such as machine tools, fixtures and measuring tools used in the processing of parts, the theoretical knowledge and practice are combined to analyze and solve problems. 3. Through internship, I have extensive contact with workers and listened to the special reports of workers' technicians, and learned their experience in good monk production, skill reform and scientific research achievements, and their contribution to the four modernizations. 4. By visiting relevant factories, we can control the whole production process, organization and management, equipment selection and workshop arrangement of a machine, and expand our knowledge. 5. In the internship, we know some basic operation processes of the factory, have a preliminary understanding of the structure of the machine tool, its processing methods and holding methods, and have a more detailed understanding of the processing technology of some parts, which has laid a good foundation for future work. Of course, it is more important for us to consolidate the theoretical knowledge we usually learn and know how much equipment we have really learned, so as to supplement our own shortcomings.
Part II: Introduction of the internship unit
China Yituo Group Co., Ltd., headquartered in Luoyang, a famous historical and cultural city in China and the ancient capital of the Nine Dynasties, is the only agricultural machinery manufacturing and sales enterprise listed in Hong Kong in China. Its predecessor, No.1 Tractor Factory, is a comprehensive company with factories, subsidiaries and representative offices in many areas at home and abroad, focusing on mechanical production.
In p>1955, as one of the 156 key construction projects aided by the former Soviet Union during the "First Five-Year Plan" period of new China, Yituo, the largest tractor factory in China, broke ground in the former Royal Garden of Emperor Yangdi in Jianxi, Luoyang, with the instructions of President Mao Zedong. After three years of construction and improvement, on July 21, 1958, the first tractor was towed off the assembly line. On October 1, 1959, Yituo was officially completed. In 1991, it was rated as a "national first-class enterprise" by the State Council Enterprise Management Committee. In 1997, China Yituo Group reorganized its tractor-related business, assets and debtors, and carried out the shareholding system reform, and established the First Tractor Co., Ltd. according to law. After that, the joint-stock company issued H shares overseas and listed in Hong Kong on June 23rd of the same year. In 1999, the trademark "Dongfanghong" was recognized as a well-known trademark in China by the State Administration Bureau. In 2113, the three series products of "Dongfanghong" brand tractors (tracked and wheeled), industrial bulldozers and "Luoyang" brand road rollers won the title of "Henan Famous Brand Products". In October 2111, the company passed the ISO 9112: 1994 quality management system certification as a whole, and in May 2113, it passed the ISO 9111: 2111 quality management system certification as a whole. Chapter II: Internship process
Part I: On-site instruction
The so-called on-site instruction is safety instruction, and we were organized to conduct safety instruction on the afternoon of our first day in Luoyang. Students have always ignored the safety education that teachers will emphasize every time they travel from primary school, unless the teachers take the initiative to intervene. However, this time, the staff let us thoroughly and truly experience the bloody tragedies behind the accident and fully understand the importance of safety in the factory. Its security persecution can be divided into six categories:
1. Mechanical persecution, mainly mechanical persecution.
2. There are two kinds of chemical persecution: gaseous persecution and liquid persecution.
3. The persecution of burning and explosion is mainly the combined action of machinery, chemistry and thermal effect.
4. heat persecution.
5. electrical persecution.
6. Other persecution.
The only measure to put an end to these security persecution is to strictly abide by the safety requirements of the factory. The important points for attention are as follows:
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of the factory;
2. Enter the factory and the branch factory in line;
3. It is forbidden to assemble in the square;
4. Cover the garden and take care of flowers and plants;
5. Don't block the entrance and exit of the factory, and don't stand on the main road of the factory;
6. keep the factory sanitary;
7. Photographing is strictly prohibited in the factory;
8. Alcoholism is strictly prohibited during production practice;
9. Dress according to the uniform requirements. It is forbidden to wear slippers, sandals and high heels into the factory. It is required to wear trousers. The cuffs and collars of the clothes are fastened. Those with long hair will put their hair in a hat, and they are not allowed to wear backpacks into the factory.
11. The factory belongs to the production organization, and strictly abides by all kinds of machine tools, but only looks at them without hands.

part ii: internship process
1. visiting the forging branch
1. overview:
the professional forging base was completed and put into operation in 1959, with an annual production capacity of 35,111 tons and more than 811 varieties of forgings. There are three production lines for large forgings (crankshafts) and one production line for small crankshafts, and a hanging heat treatment tempering line with advanced domestic level has been built. Before the introduction, cooperative relations have been established with more than 31 domestic manufacturers, which can provide users with high-quality forgings of various types, such as agricultural machinery, engineering machinery, power machinery, military foreign trade and so on, with a forging weight of 1.1 kg ~ 271 kg. In recent years, Japan's advanced technology has been introduced, and a variety of crankshaft series forgings have been developed, especially the forging technology and forging quality of large and complex crankshafts on hammer are at the leading level in China. Some products are exported to the United States and Southeast Asia after processing. In terms of product quality, we always take customer satisfaction as the purpose, and ensure "high-quality products, excellent services, meeting requirements and continuous improvement", which is a reliable guarantee for enlightening the market and occupying the market.
2. Production equipment and its function:
1) Workshop 1:
The important equipment is heat treatment furnace, including continuous normalizing furnace and continuous tempering furnace; Forging cold correction equipment: hydraulic press and straightening hammer are important, and their important role is to eliminate product deformation caused by forging stress release during heat treatment; Forging cleaning equipment, especially shot blasting machine or shot blasting machine, plays a role in cleaning and strengthening forgings. 2) Workshop 2:
Workshop 2 has an existing workshop. In the light forging workshop, there are 7 flat forging machines and 4 forging machines. In the die forging workshop, there are 1 free forging hammers, 4 air forging hammers and 11 steam forging hammers. In addition, there are three kinds of coherent sponsorship equipment: heating furnace, which plays an important role in heating the blank; Press machine, whose important function is to finish trimming or punching; Thermal proofreading equipment, its important role is to eliminate deformation (what is important is the deformation caused by trimming or trimming or punching).
3. Production process
The general process of forging is as follows:

The professional gear and its assembly processing center has 659 sets of important process equipment, including Gleason production line, CNC lathe, Italian CNC hobbing machine, CNC gear shaper and heat treatment production line. Gleason bevel gear production line in the United States has an annual production capacity of 1 million pieces. At present, it has gradually become a supplier of gearbox products, automobile products, agricultural machinery products and construction machinery products and operating products.

2), roller series gearbox assembly, harvester gearbox assembly, milling machine gearbox assembly, hydraulic excavator gearbox assembly, loader gearbox assembly and 141, 145, 153 differential assembly and bridge.
In the afternoon, we visited Yituo Gear Factory. The master in the factory told us about the factory, and then we went into the workshop. We should also pay attention to safety when we came here. All kinds of lathes and machine tools are rotating at high speed, which is very dangerous. We should be very vigilant. When we arrived here, we really came to a kingdom of gears. There are all kinds of gears, and you can see all kinds of gears that can only be heard in books but can't be seen, which makes my understanding of gears more comprehensive and concrete.
III. Visiting Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.
1. Overview
This company is a large-scale joint venture between China No.1 Tractor Co., Ltd. and Brilliance China Machinery Holding Company. The company covers an area of 141,111 square meters with a building area of 98,111 square meters. Founded in the 1971s, the company was formerly a heavy-duty military enterprise of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, with large production scale and strong technical force. Since the establishment of the joint venture company in 1993, with the scientific research ability of military technology, we have continuously developed construction machinery products with high performance-price ratio that meet the national conditions and market demand.
2. Important products:
There are dozens of models of wheel loaders, industrial bulldozers and vibratory rollers that have been introduced to the market successively, among which Dongfanghong T111 industrial bulldozer was rated as a provincial quality product. As a well-known "Dongfanghong" construction machinery product at home and abroad, it is sold in 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China and exported to Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and Australia.
