Tang Xiaofan: Male, Han nationality: born in October, 1968. He holds a postgraduate degree in economic management from the School of Economics and Trade of Jiangxi Agricultural University. He holds the title of senior auditor, a certified public accountant in China, an international certified public accountant (AIA) and an international internal auditor (CIA). Mr. Tang also holds the qualification of secretary of the board of directors of Shanghai Stock Exchange, China fund industry securities, fund investment qualification and securities investment consultant. Mr. Tang has successively served as Deputy Chief of Jiangxi Yichun Audit Bureau, Audit Manager of Shenzhen Dahua Tiancheng Certified Public Accountants, Audit Manager of Lixin Yangcheng Certified Public Accountants and Yangcheng Hong Kong Certified Public Accountants, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Guangzhou Greenery Restaurant Chain Co., Ltd., Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the Board of Directors of Guangzhou Jiacheng International Logistics Co., Ltd. (a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange), and Deputy General Manager of Guangdong Xiyu Investment Company and Director and Senior Vice President of Jiangxi Zhite New Materials Co., Ltd. He is currently the managing director of Guangzhou Dening Investment Management Company.
