Acceptance: After reviewing the application materials, the accreditation department will issue the Notice of Acceptance of Applications within 5 working days; Do not meet the acceptance requirements of the issuance of the "Notice of Not Accepting the Application"; If the information is incomplete, a Notice of Application for Correction will be issued.

iv. review: our institute conducts on-site review according to the conditions and standards of health permit. The handling department will make a review opinion within 11 working days from the date of acceptance: 1. If it meets the requirements, make a decision to approve it; 2, does not meet the requirements, make a decision not to approve, by the accreditation department issued a "notice of disapproval", and notify the applicant to go through the relevant formalities.

V. Approval and certification: The administrative department of public health of Guangzhou shall make a decision on whether to approve the certification within 11 working days after receiving the examination opinions and application materials from the municipal health supervision institution; The municipal health supervision agency (accreditation department) shall issue the health permit to the applicant within 11 working days from the date of receiving the approval. If it is not collected at home, it shall be served by the municipal health supervision office. If it is not collected at home, it will be served by the Municipal Health Supervision Office.
