1, food business projects include the following items:
(1) sold in prepackaged foods;
(2) Sales of bulk food;
(3) Sales of special foods;
(4) the manufacture and sale of hot food;
(5) the manufacture and sale of cold food;
(six) the manufacture and sale of raw food;
(7) Manufacture and sales of pastry food.
2. Legal basis: Article 26 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law.
Food safety standards shall include the following contents:
(1) Provisions on the limits of pathogenic microorganisms, pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, biotoxins, heavy metals and other pollutants harmful to human health in food, food additives and food-related products;
(2) Variety, scope of use and dosage of food additives;
(three) the nutritional requirements of the main and supplementary foods for infants and other specific groups;
(4) Labels, signs and instructions related to food safety requirements such as hygiene and nutrition;
(5) Hygienic requirements in the process of food production and operation;
(6) Quality requirements related to food safety;
(seven) food inspection methods and procedures related to food safety;
(eight) other contents that need to formulate food safety standards.
2. What are the application conditions for food business license?
The application conditions for food business license are as follows:
1. It has food raw material processing, processing, sales and storage places suitable for the variety and quantity of food it deals in, keeping the environment of the places clean and tidy, and keeping a prescribed distance from toxic and harmful places and other pollution sources;
2. There are business equipment or facilities suitable for the variety and quantity of food to be operated, and there are corresponding equipment or facilities for disinfection, changing clothes, washing, lighting, ventilation, corrosion prevention, dust prevention, fly prevention, rodent prevention, insect prevention, washing, wastewater treatment and garbage storage;
3, full-time or part-time food safety management personnel and rules and regulations to ensure food safety;
4. Have a reasonable equipment layout and technological process to prevent cross-contamination of food to be processed and directly imported food, raw materials and finished products, and avoid food contact with toxic and unclean substances;
5. Obtain legal person registration certificate or business license and other enterprise qualification documents. To apply for the permission of the canteen, the applicant shall obtain the main qualification documents such as legal person registration certificate, association registration certificate or business license;
6. It is not applicable to small restaurants that need to set up special business projects according to regulations.
