He has published many papers such as Labor Manpower Allocation Management Model and Key Points of Salary Incentive Design for Middle-level Managers in enterprises in core journals such as China Human Resources Development and Enterprise Reform and Management, and edited books such as Organizational Recruitment Management published by Dongbei University of Finance and Economics Press. Hu Zhimin, Associate Professor, Master Supervisor. He is currently the vice president of the School of Law and Politics of Shanghai Normal University and the director of the Institute of Commercial Law of Shanghai Law Society. Co-authored works include: Research on Urban Legal Culture and Citizens' Legal Quality, and Research on Perfecting the Establishment and Drafting Mechanism of Local Legislation; His works include: legal basis, commercial law, principles of economic law, principles of civil law, lawyer system, lawyer practice and so on, and he has published nearly 20 academic papers. He presided over and participated in a number of scientific research projects, among which "Investigation on Shanghai Citizens' Legal Awareness and Countermeasures for Popularizing Laws in the Future", which was completed as the deputy head of the research group, won the second prize of Shanghai's decision-making consultation research results in 20001-2003 and the first prize of Shanghai's rule of law in 2003.
