(1) written materials in which the parties themselves admit that they are at fault in the "repentance book", "guarantee book" and "commitment book". If you keep such written evidence, it is direct evidence that the other party is indeed at fault. (2) photos, audio and video materials of spouse's communication with the opposite sex. Such as cohabitation, travel, shopping, catering, lodging, entertainment, intimate photos and video materials, are also direct evidence to prove that the other party is indeed at fault, and need to be collected and retained as much as possible. When submitting to the court, the time, place and method of collection shall be indicated to enhance the credibility and probative force of evidence. In addition to the recording carrier, the recorded materials provided to the court should also provide several copies of the written words sorted out by the recording. (3) Letters, e-mails, blogs, Weibo, WeChat, published marriage web pages, and mobile phone short messages from both parties and spouses who associate with the opposite sex also constitute such evidence, which needs to be collected and retained as much as possible. Because most of these evidences can be deleted, their probative power is low. The materials in the computer can be fixed by screen capture printing, the materials in the mobile phone can be fixed by camera shooting, and the call records can also be printed in the telecommunications agency to confirm the phone number, owner, call and time of sending and receiving short messages of both parties. Of course, the method of using notarial certificate to fix evidence can also be adopted, but the notary office only notarizes the materials that cannot be modified and are saved on the computer server, and the materials that have been downloaded to the local computer will not be notarized.
