Telling the truth is definitely not enough. No one wants a new employee who may leave at any time. Don't deliberately say it's a long-term deception. People generally don't ask how long you've been doing it.

If you just want to go in, just say that although I don't have much experience, I am willing to study and do any odd jobs without asking for much reward. Please give me a chance.

If this goodwill seems to be another hard worker. It doesn't matter whether others believe it or not, as long as you look sincere enough. If they ask you how long you plan to do it, just say long term. If you want to leave then, can you stop it?
