Rich people
Hong Kong people who are really rich, like real estate bank tycoons and movie stars, live in Wenxi and Xiwen's mansion. Some of them spend their holidays several times a year, and you can't see them very much. Occasionally, you will see some stars in DOWNTOWN and other rich people will not recognize them even if they see them. We don't know what these rich people think of mainlanders.
Rich people
RICHMOND is home to a lot of "rich" Hong Kong people, but it can't really be regarded as rich people, because there are not many houses in RICHMOND that exceed 11 million, which can't be compared with Wenxi's luxury houses. They do business in restaurants, jewelry, tourism and trade in Hong Kong. They are not rich in Hong Kong, but the income and consumption level in Hong Kong are very high in the world, so when they bring money to Vancouver, they become rich. Some of these families have fathers who still earn money in Hong Kong, and mothers who look after their children in Vancouver, so their parents' education level is not high. In addition, their mothers are alone, and as a result, most of their children are not disciplined strictly enough. There are many young people with yellow hair and smoking cigarettes in the middle school in RICHMOND, so if mainland compatriots have children who study, they must not just pay attention to the convenience of life and ignore their children's school environment. There are also some people who came to Vancouver in their early years and started travel agencies and restaurants in Vancouver, working as car DEALER, real estate agents, bank investment consultants and other high-paying jobs. They speak fluent Chinese, Cantonese and English. Although they look down on people from the mainland in their bones, in recent years, mainlanders are relatively rich. In order to do business, they are very polite to mainlanders. But when dealing with them, everyone should be careful. They are as smart as cunning foxes, and you may fall into their trap at any time.
Ordinary people
Some people have always lived in public houses with flags in Hong Kong, and some people swam to Hong Kong from the river on the mainland border in their early years. They were born as hard laborers in Hong Kong, and then they went to Vancouver to join relatives and so on. They had little education, and they didn't speak English very well, and they couldn't speak Mandarin. But just because they can speak Cantonese, they can find a job to make a living here, and their life is better than that of computer engineers from mainland China. They think they are not from China, but from Hong Kong, and they look down on mainlanders the most, so you don't have to take it to heart at all.
