Legal analysis: rectification within a time limit is an administrative act taken by administrative organs against enterprises, requiring enterprises to complete rectification within a time limit, otherwise they will be subject to administrative punishment. The administrative units in charge of enterprises generally include: Administration for Industry and Commerce, Environmental Management Bureau, Fire Protection, Food Hygiene Management Bureau, Technical and Quality Supervision Administration and other administrative units. No administrative punishment will be accepted during the period of rectification within a time limit.

Article 9 Types of administrative punishment: (1) Warning and informed criticism; (two) fines, confiscation of illegal income and confiscation of illegal property; (three) the license is temporarily withheld, the qualification level is lowered, and the license is revoked; (4) Restricting production and business activities, ordering production and business suspension, ordering closure and restricting employment; (5) Administrative detention; (6) Other administrative penalties as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.

Article 20 Administrative punishment shall be under the jurisdiction of the administrative organ in the place where the illegal act occurred, except as otherwise provided by laws and administrative regulations.
