Article I Definitions

Article 5 Obligations of Party B
5.1 Publicity and broadcasting of the Games before the opening.

5.5.1 Maintain the rights and interests of the Games sponsors, and properly deal with the relationship between maintaining the exclusive rights and interests of the event sponsors and maximizing the space for advertising;

Article 6 Term of Contract
This contract shall come into effect upon signature and sealing by the legal representatives of both parties or their authorized representatives, and shall be valid until ____ ____ month ____ day.
Article VII Both parties A and B solemnly undertake to keep confidential all materials in this agreement which should not be published. Without the prior written consent of the other party, it shall not be discussed with or disclosed to other parties (except for the hired lawyers and accountants). ARTICLE VIII WARRANTY STATEMENTS
The parties represent, warrant and covenant to each other as follows:
8.1 Each of the parties has the full right and legal authority, or valid authorization, to enter into and perform this Contract;
8.2 This Contract, when signed by the parties, constitutes a lawful, valid and binding obligation on the parties in accordance with the terms hereof, and the performance of this Contract will not be subject to the provisions of this Contract by reason of insolvency, bankruptcy, or other laws affecting the rights of creditors. laws affecting the rights of creditors shall affect performance;
