article 4: working hours and rest and vacation

Under the condition of taking care of Party B's reasonable rest, Party B may arrange for employees to work on statutory holidays and public holidays as needed, and Party B shall support and obey the arrangement.
article 5: social insurance
party a shall pay social insurance for party b in accordance with national and local laws, regulations and policies on social insurance; Party A shall withhold and remit the individual social insurance premium from Party B's salary.
article 6: employee education and training
(1) during party b's tenure, party a may educate party b on professional ethics, business technology, post skills, various rules and regulations and social legal system according to the needs of the post, and party b shall actively accept such education.
(2) For potential employees, the hotel will provide a variety of professional training to enable employees to achieve their personal career development goals.
article 7: labor discipline
(1) party a shall formulate the employee handbook and other rules and regulations of the company in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations and policies.
(2) party b shall strictly abide by party a's employee handbook and other rules and regulations.
(3) Party B shall take good care of Party A's property and keep Party A's business secrets. During and after the contract period, Party B shall not disclose the business secret information of this enterprise to anyone.
(1) The contents of the labor contract can be changed through negotiation between both parties.
(2) dissolution of the labor contract:

(5) Party B does not obey the work assignment or is incompetent for his own job.

(7) if party b is detained, reeducated through labor or sentenced for violating national laws and regulations, party a will be dismissed and this labor contract will be terminated accordingly.
4. Under any of the following circumstances, Party B may terminate this Labor Contract:
(1) It is confirmed by the relevant state departments that Party A's working conditions and sanitary conditions are poor, which seriously endangers Party B's health.
(2) Party A fails to pay Party B labor remuneration according to regulations.
(3) Party A's salary is lower than the minimum wage standard stipulated by the local labor people's government to pay the workers' salary.
(3) Termination of the labor contract:
1. When the time limit stipulated in the labor contract expires.
2. The conditions agreed by both parties to terminate the labor contract appear.
3. The labor contract will be terminated when one party dies.
(4) Other matters:
One month before the expiration of the contract, Party A shall propose to Party B the intention to terminate or renew the labor contract and go through the relevant formalities. If Party A fails to handle the termination and renewal procedures of the contract in time, resulting in a dispute over the factual labor relations, it shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
article 8: liability for breach of labor contract
(1) in case of breach of labor contract, either party hereto shall pay economic compensation to the other party in accordance with the Measures for Economic Compensation for Breach and Termination of Labor Contract of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Labor of the People's Republic of China, the provisions on compensation measures for breach of labor contract stipulated in the Labor Law and the agreement of both parties.
(2) If the resigned employee is trained at the expense of Party A, and after the expiration of the training period, he/she has not completed the service period stipulated in the training contract, he/she shall compensate the training expenses funded by Party A according to regulations.
(3) If Party B resigns without Party A's consent, it shall refund the expenses required by Party A for training Party B and compensate Party A for its losses.
article 9: labor disputes
labor disputes arising from the performance of this contract can be settled by both parties through equal consultation. if mediation fails or they are unwilling to mediate, they shall apply to the labor arbitration Committee for arbitration according to law. if they are not satisfied with the arbitration, they may bring a lawsuit to the people's court.
article 11: other contractual matters
