Article III lease term

(a) Rental standards:

Article 6 Housing Maintenance and Repair
(a) Party A shall ensure that the building structure and equipment and facilities of the housing comply with the safety conditions of the building, fire, security and hygiene, and shall not jeopardize the safety of the person; the tenant shall ensure that it complies with the provisions of the laws and regulations of the local community as well as the property management statutes of the area where the housing is located.

1. For the main structure of the housing (non-Party B remodeling renovation and decoration of the part) due to the natural attributes or reasonable use of the loss caused by Party B shall promptly notify Party A to repair. If the repair is not carried out within three days after receiving Party B's notification, Party B may carry out the repair on behalf of Party B at Party A's expense. (c) Party A agrees that Party B shall decorate and expand the leased premises according to the business needs, but shall not damage the main structure of the premises.
