If an applicant for administrative license conceals information or intentionally provides false materials, it will bear adverse legal consequences: First, if the administrative organ finds the above situation at the application acceptance stage, it will not accept the relevant administrative license application; Second, if the administrative organ finds the above situation during the application review stage, it will not grant the administrative license; Third, give the administrative license applicant a warning; Fourth, if the application for administrative license is directly related to public safety, personal health and safety of life and property, such as food production license and catering service license, the applicant may not apply for the administrative license again within one year.
