3. Framing others: asking the boss for a raise on behalf of other employees
It is unkind to ask the boss for a raise on behalf of yourself. If you don't get along, the boss will think you are greedy, and none of the employees whose salary is lower than yours have made any comments. Employees will think that you are selfish and only think about yourself. Everyone works hard together, so why should you raise your salary?
if employees have a problem with you, even if the boss raises your salary, your good life will not last long. Because the employees will not cooperate with your work, your sales performance will be out of the question. Therefore, it is the safest way to get the whole department to "cushion" the salary increase.
Premise of salary increase:
