1. Mode of operation

6. Party A shall provide kitchen, kitchenware, kitchen equipment and other appliances, and the expenses for water, electricity and natural gas in the canteen shall be borne by Party A, and Party B's canteen staff shall be provided with accommodation free of charge.

7. the ownership of fixed assets belongs to party a, and it shall be scrapped within the time limit specified by party a from the effective date of the contract. All scrapped fixed assets, durable goods and other materials purchased by Party A shall be disposed of by Party A.. Party B shall not dispose of it without authorization, otherwise it will bear the corresponding liability for compensation, and both parties shall regularly check the existing assets of the restaurant in terms of quantity, service life and other items. If it is lost or damaged by abnormal use, Party B shall compensate it.

V. Rights and obligations of Party B

1. Party B uses the kitchen and dining room provided by Party A, and provides catering services to Party A and the personnel designated by Party A in accordance with the meal selling procedures and standards notified by Party A in writing. In case of major entertainment activities, Party B shall take all measures to ensure catering services. Party B's food supply shall not be lower than the national food safety standards; If Party B's food supply fails to meet the quantitative standards of materials for many times in a row, Party A may impose economic penalties on Party B according to the restrictive responsibilities.

2. Party B is responsible for purchasing ingredients, and the supplier's goods are delivered to the restaurant. Party B arranges the warehouse keeper and the supervisor to check the quantity, price and quality and sign them. If the quantity is inconsistent and the price is obviously higher than the market price, Party B will be assessed 111-311 yuan, and Party A will send administrators to participate in the control. Party B shall establish a perfect food purchasing system and properly keep the original purchase receipts for Party A's inspection and audit. Party A is responsible for paying the food suppliers.

3. When purchasing food, Party B shall check the supplier's business license, production license or circulation license, and require three certificates to be complete.

4. In case of any of the following circumstances of Party B and confirmed by the health and epidemic prevention department, Party A will immediately terminate this contract, and Party B shall pay the relevant expenses and bear its legal responsibilities:

(1) Selling spoiled and toxic food, which causes a major food safety accident;

(2) purchasing and using ingredients that do not meet the requirements of food hygiene laws and regulations, and causing major food safety accidents.

(3) food poisoning of employees or other serious consequences.

5. Party B's staff must keep samples of raw and cooked food for 48 hours every day, so as to trace the relevant causes of accidents.

6. Party B accepts the hygiene supervision and management of Party A, and accepts Party A's requirements for the hygiene rectification of restaurants and kitchens. Party B accepts the quarantine of food production and food hygiene by the health and epidemic prevention department, and the quarantine inspection expenses shall be borne by Party A, and the inspection results shall be reported to Party A for the record. VI. Other matters

2. Any dispute between the two parties shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be decided by the court in the place where the contract is performed.

VI. Party B is the first person in charge of sanitation, fire prevention and public order in the school canteen, and must obey the supervision of Party A's security, logistics, doorman and superior departments.
