4. Instructions for registration: Qualification certificate, practice certificate, graduation certificate, original and photocopy of ID card and two recent color photos are required for registration.

(1) Qualification examination

Review candidates' information, and those who meet the requirements will take the exam. Applicants who provide false application materials will be disqualified once verified.

(2) Examination methods

1. theoretical examination (30%): based on the basic nursing and "three basics" knowledge;

2. Technical operation (40%): mainly clinical common operations;

3. Interview (30%): Mainly focus on testing candidates' language expression, image temperament and thinking ability.

4. Physical examination: according to the comprehensive score ranking, physical examination was conducted according to the ratio of 1: 1. Those who fail the physical examination will be replenished in turn according to their comprehensive scores.

(3) Publicity

According to the examination results and physical examination results, submit it to the dean's office for discussion and decision on the list of personnel to be hired.

(4) Probation period:

The probation period is 3 months (during the probation period, the treatment shall be implemented according to the Management Measures for Recruiting Nurses in Hospitals). During the use period, any of the following circumstances shall be deemed as unqualified and shall not be employed:

Extra Credits

Employees who work as senior nurses in our hospital get the following points:

1. Bachelor degree or above plus 2 points;

2. Having worked as a senior nurse in our hospital for more than half a year, you can add 1-6 points according to the trainee position, time and working ability.

3. Senior nurses employed by the unit do not enjoy extra points.
