Training objectives and direction This major mainly trains high-skilled talents who have management theories and professional knowledge and skills such as hotel management technology, hotel management planning and hotel marketing, and can engage in the management and service of star-rated hotels. After graduation, you can engage in senior hotel management, catering service training and other work, and you can engage in middle and high-level management of catering work.
Training specifications and requirements require students to learn: 1, and can basically master the basic theories, scientific methods and professional skills in tourism management; 2. Have preliminary practical knowledge and management ability of tourism management; 3. Have a certain level of English conversation.
Basic courses of class setting and class allocation: hotel service etiquette, hotel English, management principles, introduction to cooking, food nutrition and hygiene, human resource management, introduction to tourism and cooking technology.
Specialized courses: tourism regulations, hotel management, tourism psychology, kitchen management, catering service and management service skills. 30% of the total class hours.
Elective courses: hotel financial accounting and hotel public relations and marketing.
