5. Summary and approval of application materials;

6 issuance of road transport business license.

Two, for the "road business license" required materials:

1, business application form and feasibility report; (The application form for starting business can be collected in the window or downloaded from the website)

2. The identity certificate and articles of association of the legal representative and responsible person (provided by the enterprise);

3. Proof of funds (provided by the enterprise);

4. Notice of pre-approval from the industrial and commercial department (provided by the enterprise, and the materials are obtained from the local industrial and commercial department. )

Three. Business scope permitted by the road business license

1. Passenger transport: county public transport, county public transport, intercity public transport, inter-provincial public transport, county public transport, inter-county public transport, inter-city public transport, inter-provincial public transport.

2. Freight: general freight, special cargo transportation (items), large cargo transportation (categories), dangerous goods transportation (categories, categories) and non-operating dangerous goods transportation (categories, categories).
