Low-carbon tourism planning and design implementation path of low-carbon tourism

Based on the implementation strategy (promote carbon sink mechanism, establish evaluation system for carbon emission right and trading right; improve carbon sink capacity, strengthen the ecological system construction of forest and grassland around the goal of 63% of the province's forest coverage, form a green barrier with dense urban and rural areas and a combination of dots, lines and surfaces, and further enhance the function of ecosystems; and set up a new energy supply system) and the six elements of the tourism industry (food, housing, transportation, entertainment and shopping), the implementation path of low-carbon tourism is constructed, consisting of low-carbon tourism attractions, low-carbon tourism facilities, low-carbon tourism services and management, and low-carbon tourism consumption methods. (Food, Housing, Transportation, Entertainment, Fun, and Purchase), and the six elements of tourism (Food, Housing, Transportation, Entertainment, Fun, and Purchase), to construct a low-carbon tourism implementation path consisting of low-carbon tourism attractions, low-carbon tourism facilities, low-carbon tourism services and management, and low-carbon tourism consumption patterns. Low-carbon tourism facilities Low-carbon tourism facilities include low-carbon transportation facilities, low-carbon tourism accommodation and catering facilities, low-carbon tourism shopping facilities, low-carbon tourism entertainment facilities and low-carbon tourism recreational facilities. (i) Low-carbon transportation facilities Transportation, accommodation and activities in the tourism industry all bring about a certain amount of carbon emissions, with transportation accounting for the most (about 75%). Low-carbon tourism transportation facilities can be developed by adopting alternative energy sources, reducing carbon emissions from automobile exhaust, constructing eco-parking lots, using low-carbon tourism transportation means such as fuel cell cars, pure electric cars, hybrid cars and new energy trains, and building low-carbon tourism roads. (ii) Low-carbon building facilities Carbon emissions from tourism accommodation account for about 21% of the carbon emissions from tourism, and carbon emissions from the process of paving roads and building hotels and other facilities account for about 4%, so the development of low-carbon building facilities is of great significance. Low-carbon tourism attractions (a) Construction of low-carbon tourism products and high-carbon sinks such as the construction of various levels of forest parks, wetland parks, scenic spots, geoparks, upgrading the tourism infrastructure of 18 boutique scenic spots of national level 4A or above in the region, the construction of eco-corridors, green villages, eco-cities and towns, the construction of eco-environmental protection systems, and vigorously developing wetland eco-tours, rare bird watching tours, cultural landscape tours, and the development of low carbon tourism facilities. Vigorously develop wetland ecological tours, rare bird viewing tours, cultural landscape tours, leisure and vacation tours, science popularization and scientific research tours, ceramic art tours, folklore tours, fitness and health tours, entertainment, recreation, and religious pilgrimage tours and other low-carbon tourism landscapes. (ii) Construction of new energy science parks, amusement parks, rest gardens and low-carbon experience environments, such as the construction of solar energy science parks, wind energy amusement parks, rest gardens, low-carbon industrial parks, low-carbon communities and low-carbon tourist attractions with LED night lighting. Low-carbon Tourism Services and Management Such as adopting a new type of ticket system based on radio frequency identification technology (RFID) for all tickets; setting up energy statistics devices for guest room electricity cards; encouraging self-prepared sanitary ware and bedding; configuring stores for selling bedding and sanitary ware; formulating energy-saving preferential prices; and advocating the classification of garbage, and so on. Low-carbon tourism consumption mode Low-carbon tourism consumption mode refers to the process of tourism consumption of tourists, through various ways and means to reduce the personal tourism carbon footprint of tourists. Advocacy of low-carbon tourism consumption mode, mainly including: (1) tourists in the choice of tourism transportation mode, should try to choose low-carbon tourism transportation mode and personal tourism carbon footprint is relatively small tourist routes (in many means of transportation, per capita per kilometer of fuel needed aircraft & gt; car & gt; bus & gt; train); (2) tourists in the choice of tourism accommodation catering services, try to choose tourism hotels with green labels, should live within their means when choosing catering food, avoid surplus, and prioritize a variety of green food, ecological food, and do not use disposable catering tools; (3) Tourists should prioritize low-carbon tourism activities when choosing tourism activities.
