operation sequence/order
Preparatory work/about to start work
The following tools and materials need to be prepared for cleaning the oil fume pipeline:
gloves
surgical mask
cleaner
Dust removal brush
bucket
towel
Before cleaning, the gas valve must be closed and the power supply and water supply must be cut off to ensure safety.
Dismantle the pipeline
First, you need to remove the oil fume pipe. When disassembling, be careful not to use too much force to avoid damaging the pipeline. After disassembly, soak the pipe in a bucket to soften the grease.
Cleaning pipeline
Pour the detergent into a bucket and soak it in a tube. After the grease is softened, brush it along the inner wall of the pipeline with a cleaning brush, and be careful not to brush it on the inner wall of the pipeline. When cleaning, the pipeline can be soaked and scrubbed repeatedly until the oil stain is completely removed.
Clean nozzle
After cleaning, the nozzle needs to be cleaned. Pour the cleaning agent into the nozzle and brush the nozzle with a cleaning brush until the nozzle is clean. After cleaning, dry the pipes and nozzles with a towel.
install a pipeline
After cleaning, install the pipeline back to its original position. When installing, pay attention to the tight joint of the pipeline, and there can be no looseness and air leakage. After the installation, open the gas valve, turn on the water, and check whether the pipeline works normally.
Matters needing attention
You need to wear gloves and masks to clean the oil fume pipeline to protect your own safety.
Professional cleaners should be selected, and expired or non-compliant cleaners should not be used.
During the cleaning process, be careful not to rub the inner wall of the pipeline, so as not to affect the service life of the pipeline.
After cleaning, dry the pipes and nozzles to avoid secondary pollution caused by water droplets.
When installing the pipeline, check whether the pipeline joint is tight to avoid air leakage or looseness.
