During my internship, I was in the actual production process of the enterprise and learned about the production technology and flow of various foods, which helped me to preview my professional theoretical knowledge.

during the tireless explanation by the technical instructors of the factory, we have a deeper understanding of the food industry, which is connected with the previous preview, and we have truly integrated theory with practice and gained a lot. We practiced in two famous food enterprises, namely Shenyang Uni-President Enterprise Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Yanjing Beer Co., Ltd., and the production lines we visited included instant noodles, green tea and beer. By visiting the internship, we got the impression of several food factories invisibly. In this internship, I saw the production equipment that I often see in the preview, such as canning machine, conveying equipment, frying machine, etc. And some more advanced automation equipment such as bottle washing/filling/sealing three-in-one machine. Among the three production lines, the only one with direct contact between employees and products is the instant noodle production line, but the disinfection equipment of Uni-President Enterprise is very complete and trustworthy. In practice, it is not difficult to find that most production links are mechatronics, and only a few inspection and loading work require manpower. In Yanjing Brewery, the production line of beer is sealed, and the scale of the enterprise is relatively large. During the visit, what impressed me deeply was the management culture of each enterprise. All kinds of slogans and pictures that can be seen everywhere on the walls of the two companies give people a strict atmosphere. For example, there is a saying in the unified instant noodle production workshop: "If you don't work hard today, try to find a job tomorrow." Let me realize the necessity of hard work. In Uni-President Enterprise, what we feel is a more humanized working atmosphere, which makes people feel very warm from the design of the factory, the setting of the rest area and the way of hospitality. During this internship, I learned the development direction of food industry, felt the influence of corporate culture, and learned a lot of practical professional knowledge, which I believe will lay a certain foundation for future study, graduation thesis and work.
