What does criminal responsibility include?
Fixed-term imprisonment is a kind of punishment and one of the five major punishments stipulated in China's criminal law (the other four are public surveillance, criminal detention, life imprisonment and death penalty). It refers to the punishment of depriving criminals of their personal freedom within a certain period of time and imprisonment in a certain place. Criminals sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment should be sent to prison for execution.
