charts are often used in p>ppt, such as column charts and pie charts. These charts are based on certain data, so we have to establish data tables before we can generate charts. Here are two ways to create and insert charts, and the principle is actually the same.
Method 1: Create a chart through excel, and then copy it to ppt
Open excel to create a table, and create a chart based on the data in this table, and click Insert-Column Chart
In the open drop-down list, we select a style
so that a chart is created in excel. We right-click this chart, and then select Copy
to switch to ppt. Then choose Paste
so that the chart is inserted into ppt, and the effect is as follows
end
Method 2: Create directly in ppt
After opening ppt, we will first create a slide, and click New Slide on the menu bar-select any layout
Click the thumbnail of the chart in the slide, thus opening the dialog box for inserting a chart
Select a chart style. Then click ok
to open the excel table. We input data in this table, which is used to build our chart. At first, we gave some default data, which are useless. Modify these data and change them into the icons you need. As shown in the second picture below,
When excel is closed, the chart is automatically created. We see that this chart is built with the data we just entered.
