With the development of social economy and the substantial improvement of material consumption level, the output of urban and rural domestic garbage in our city is increasing day by day. According to statistics, in 2020, the harmless treatment capacity of urban domestic waste in our city will be 13 17000 tons, which is 65 1000 tons more than that in 20 15 years, and 1 to 202 1. Domestic waste can be divided into four categories: recyclables, harmful waste, kitchen waste and other wastes.
Urban management department is the competent department in charge of domestic waste classification management in this Municipality, responsible for formulating operational specifications for the construction of domestic waste facilities and sites, publishing the catalogue of domestic waste classification guidance, compiling operational guidelines for domestic waste classification, formulating assessment methods for domestic waste classification and organizing inspection and evaluation, and coordinating the management of domestic waste classification.
Departments and responsibilities
The ecological environment department is responsible for the supervision and management of the collection, transportation and treatment of hazardous wastes, and do a good job in the guidance and supervision of the prevention and control of environmental pollution by domestic garbage. The housing and urban-rural construction department is responsible for urging the property service enterprises to fulfill the obligations of the person responsible for the classification management of domestic waste, incorporating the contents and standards of domestic waste classification services into property management and other related service contracts, and guiding the classification of domestic waste in property communities and construction sites.
The market supervision department is responsible for strengthening publicity and education on the classification of operators' domestic waste, guiding and urging operators to gradually cancel disposable supplies and tableware, assisting and guiding the catering industry to carry out conservation activities, and urging kitchen waste generating units to establish a kitchen waste management system. Business, supply and marketing departments are responsible for the recycling management of recyclable materials, establish a recycling system coordinated with the utilization of renewable resources, and formulate recycling policies for renewable resources.
