Three. Recruitment procedures and methods
Adhere to the principle of openness, fairness, impartiality and merit-based recruitment, and conduct recruitment according to the workflow of announcement, individual registration, qualification examination, examination, physical examination of candidates and employment.
The specific procedures are as follows:
(1) Registration and qualification examination
1. Registration time

2. Registration method

5. Qualification examination

(2) Examination
The examination is conducted by written examination and interview.
The written test and interview account for 50% and 50% of the total score respectively, that is, the total test score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.

According to the order of the written test scores of the applicants from high to low, the top three are determined to enter the interview.

Test scores are divided into qualified lines with 60, and those who fail to reach the qualified line are not allowed to enter the next link.
After the interview, the candidates will be informed of the interview results by phone within 3 working days after the interview.
(3) Physical examination
The medical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves, and shall be implemented with reference to the general entry medical examination standards.
Those who fail the physical examination are not allowed to enter the inspection link.
Only those who pass the medical examination can enter the inspection link.
(four) to determine the personnel to be hired
According to the total test score, physical examination, inspection and other conditions to determine the candidates to be recruited, and go through the recruitment procedures in accordance with relevant regulations.

Four. Remuneration and treatment
