Relevant requirements for company registration stipulate that:

1. If a company reduces its registered capital, it shall apply for change of registration after 45 days from the date of announcement, and shall submit the relevant certificates of the company's announcement of reducing its registered capital in newspapers and the explanation of the company's debt settlement or debt guarantee.

2. If the company changes its business scope, it shall apply for registration of change within 31 days from the date when the resolution or decision on change is made; Where the change of business scope involves projects that need to be approved before registration according to laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions, it shall apply for registration of change within 31 days from the date of approval by the relevant state departments.
