fire accident investigation regulations:

article 36 the review institution shall make a decision on whether to accept or not within seven days from the date of receiving the application for review and notify the applicant in writing.

article 37 the original certification institution shall, within ten days from the date of receiving the notice, make a written explanation to the review institution and submit the fire accident investigation file.

article 38 the review institution shall conduct a written review of the application for review and the original fire accident identification

during the review, if the applicant withdraws the application for review, the fire control institution of the public security organ shall terminate the review.

article 39 the review institution shall, within 31 days from the date of accepting the application for review, determine that the main facts of the original fire accident are clear, the evidence is sufficient, the procedure is legal, and the cause of the fire is correct, and the review institution shall maintain the original fire accident determination.

The original fire accident is identified as having one of the following circumstances

(1) The main facts are unclear or the evidence is not really sufficient;

(2) violating legal procedures and affecting the fairness of the results;

(3) there is obvious impropriety in the identification behavior, or the identification of the cause of fire is wrong;

(4) exceeding or abusing his power.

Article 41 After receiving the reexamination decision to re-identify the fire accident, the original identification institution shall re-investigate and re-identify the fire accident within 15 days.

the recheck shall be limited to one time before the recheck institution directly confirms the fire accident and the original confirmation institution re-confirms the fire accident.
